the launch of a web-based control panel for dealers to
remotely monitor and manage their customers. DataFort's
channel partners will now save time and money on site
visits, and gain crucial, 'live' info on the state of
their customers' IT infrastructure. |

Remote Administrator offers resellers - no matter where
they are located - a live 'dashboard' style view of
all DataFort installations. It provides detailed information
on the operating condition of the end-user's computer(s),
back-up history, network status and - via 'heartbeat
polling' - IP status. |

data can be used to initiate backup and recovery events
via the system's secure connection. As a result, dealers
and resellers can now offer a more comprehensive service
and reduce time-consuming and expensive customer site
visits. |
