| DataFort,
provider of effortless off-site data back-up, today announced
that it has been selected by telecoms service provider
Viatel to provide the systems and know-how for its new
‘BytesureTM’ service. |

is a market leader in the delivery of high-quality,

and, with its affiliates owns and operates one of the
world’s largest fibre optic networks, which covers
21 key cities in Western Europe and the United States.
Services offered by Viatel include Internet Protocol,
ADSL, co-location, firewall and hosting. |

As well as their service being adopted by Viatel, February
saw the announcement of free seminars on disaster recovery
and business continuity for SMEs in conjunction with
reseller Wizard Solutions. A major channel partnership
initiative is also set for later this quarter. |
