Customer data is compressed, encrypted and backed up at a time of the customer’s choosing. Data is stored on mirrored RAID servers located in Tier I data centres. All backups are verified automatically as part of the service process. Pro-active account management, telephone support and linked accounts for efficient billing are all features of the Select Service.
